Hamed Afshari, the Chargan ensemble’s Tenor Qejak player and one of the quartet’s founders, left Iran for Canada after the ensemble’s first concert and the recording of two audio albums. Unfortunately, Chargan lost the opportunity to continue collaborating with this talented musician and composer. We sincerely wish Hamed Afshari health and success and hope for future collaboration with him.
