The Iranian string quartet Chargan will perform at Roudaki Hall on January 29th 2016.
In this concert, Chargan will perform pieces by composers such as Sharif Lotfi, Taghi Zarabi, Ardeshir Kamkar, Saeed Honarmand, Ali Samadpour, and Ehsan Zabihifar.
The members of Chargan are Ehsan Zabihifar (Kamancheh 1), Keykhosro Mokhtari (Kamancheh 2), Azadeh Shams (Alto Qejak), and Bita Ghasemi (Tenor Qejak). Guest vocalists Hassan Mahdi Etebari and Solmaz Badri will join them for the performance of the piece “Arghavan.”
The concert will begin at 8:00 PM at Roudaki Hall. In the first part of the concert, Chargan will perform their repertoire, and in the second part, the percussion group “Kolon-e Zaman” led by Hamid Ghanbari will take the stage.
